SHIPPING & RETURNS
- We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or just stand guard at your mailbox and wait for your package!
- You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office and maybe a million $ fine.
- All Orders ship free within continental 48 states!!
- Processing time: Most orders are quickly processed and sent from our store in Nebraska within 1 business day. Orders placed on holidays, weekends, and Friday afternoons could take up to 3 business days to process, cuz we are probably out partying! ;)
SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. (after doing you happy dance of course!)
- If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise (gasp!), you must contact us within 3 days at email@example.com so we may address the issue. You can also stop in the boutique if you are local.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it, or worn it.
- We inspect every single item that comes through our shop to try to avoid such issues wherever possible. However, we are human and sometimes sleep-deprived so we don't catch everything!
Please carefully review our Return or Exchange Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.
- All Bralettes, Bras, Leggings, Accessories, Jewelry, Beanies and Face Masks are Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 40% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.
- Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit or in-store gift card for the original purchase price.
- The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged. If you want an official definition, grab your Websters!
- All returns must be received OR postmarked within 21 days of the original purchase date. Put it on a private jet if you have to.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached. (like attached, not taped or stapled on)
- If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke (naughty you) or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. (At least it'll make your heart feel happy)

SHIPPING BACK YOUR ORDER
- Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box. Please do not affix shipping labels to the shoe box itself. (those suckers are hard to get off)
- We don’t require a Return Authorization, but please include your original packing slip inside your return.
- We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once we have processed it. (then go shopping again!)
