We get it, things don't always work out! (think Ford Pinto) We're here to help get it right! We offer Store Credit for returns. Store credit never expires.  Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving the shipment.  We do not issue refunds.   Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing.  

Please carefully review our Return or Exchange Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.  

  • All Bralettes, Bras, Leggings, Accessories, Jewelry, Beanies and Face Masks are Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 40% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit or in-store gift card for the original purchase price.
  • The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.  If you want an official definition, grab your Websters!
  • All returns must be received OR postmarked within 21 days of the original purchase date.  Put it on a private jet if you have to.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached. (like attached, not taped or stapled on)
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke (naughty you) or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. (At least it'll make your heart feel happy)

If you are local, you can always exchange/return online purchases in the store. We'd love to see you!
While we always provide free shipping to you, we do not provide free return shipping.  You are responsible for shipping costs back to us. (sorry, not trying to be Amazon)


  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box. Please do not affix shipping labels to the shoe box itself. (those suckers are hard to get off)
  • We don’t require a Return Authorization, but please include your original packing slip inside your return.
  • We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  • All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once we have processed it. (then go shopping again!)
